We are excited to announce the promotions of two exceptional team members at First Federal Savings Bank who continue to demonstrate outstanding commitment and expertise.

Evie Barr has been promoted from Retail Loan Advisor Officer, AVP, to Senior Retail Loan Advisor Officer, AVP. With 28 years of banking experience and six years at First Federal Savings Bank, Evie has proven herself to be a leader and an invaluable asset to our team. A graduate of Oakland City University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, Evie also actively supports the community as a member of the Business Networking International (BNI) chapter "Money in the Morning."

Jessica Aldridge has also earned a well-deserved promotion from Retail Loan Advisor Officer, VP, to Senior Retail Loan Advisor Officer, VP. Jessica has dedicated her entire 18-year banking career to First Federal Savings Bank, leaving a lasting impact with her expertise and commitment to excellence. She studied Business Management at Vincennes University and completed the Indiana Banker’s Association Mortgage Lending School. In addition to her professional achievements, Jessica is deeply involved in the community, serving as a board member for the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and Pike County Economic Development. She also serves as the treasurer of Harbin Prayer Warriors and volunteers with United Way’s Day of Caring and Junior Achievement.
