MAC Industrial Services is a multi-faceted service provider specializing in Industrial Cleaning. We use Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water, mixed media blasting, chemical cleaning, and waste removal techniques. Our Industrial Coatings business unit offers painting and epoxy flooring applications. Job Description 

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Painters to join our team at MAC. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting various surfaces, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Painter at MAC Industrial Services - Industrial Coatings sector, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, and coatings, and ensuring a clean, professional finish. 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and other materials to prevent damage.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to mix and match paints to achieve specific colors and finishes.
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in painting or related fields is a plus.
