The Director of Advancement leads cMoe’s fundraising, donor engagement, sponsorship, grant support, campaign coordination, and stewardship efforts. This role is responsible for building meaningful relationships with donors, corporate partners, foundations, volunteers, and community stakeholders to secure the resources needed to advance cMoe’s mission, sustain operations, and support long-term growth.

The Director of Advancement serves as a key member of the leadership team and partners closely with the Executive Director, colleagues, Board members, donors, volunteers, and community partners. This position combines relationship-building, writing, donor followup, campaign coordination, event support, grant support, and data tracking. The person in this role should be able to initiate conversations, follow up consistently, communicate 

cMoe’s mission clearly and move between planning work and hands-on tasks.
