Join the Young Professionals Alliance for an engaging Lunch & Learn focused on two essential skills for personal and professional growth—public speaking and self‑awareness.
This developmental speaker session, “Finding Your Voice: Building Confidence Through Public Speaking & Self‑Awareness,” will explore how understanding yourself is the key to communicating with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Our speakers will share their own journeys in developing a strong speaking presence, discuss how self‑awareness influences the way we communicate, and offer practical strategies for overcoming anxiety, refining your message, and showing up as your best self in any setting.
Discussion topics include:
- How self‑awareness shapes your communication style and presence
- Real‑world experiences of overcoming public‑speaking fears
- Techniques for improving clarity, confidence, and delivery
- Understanding your strengths—and blind spots—when speaking
- Practical tips for preparing, practicing, and reading a room
Lunch will be provided with purchase of ticket. Space is limited - reserve your spot today!
