The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division Midwest Regional Office will host representatives to present two webinars on the Child Labor Provisions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for employers in the food service industry. During this webinar, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division Midwest Regional Office will provide employers, worker advocates, and other stakeholders with information on the federal laws that protect our youngest workers. This free webinar will help employers understand the requirements under current law to maintain compliance. The webinar will also equip advocates with information to assist young and vulnerable workers seeking to assert their workplace rights.
