Join the Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance (TSMA) Future Leaders Peer Group for a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop designed by future leaders, for future leaders. This session will help you understand and apply the SWOT Analysis framework - and then turn those insights into actionable SMART goals.

This workshop, created by the Future Leaders Peer Group, is designed to equip participants to conduct a SWOT Analysis and translate findings into SMART goals through the lens of “The Future of the Manufacturing Workforce in the Tri-State Region.”

You will:

• Learn what a SWOT Analysis is and how to use it
• Work collaboratively to identify workforce-related strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
• Turn real insights into a complete SMART goal
• Connect with peers and share best practices across the region

• Provide hands-on learning and professional development
• Create space for networking and best-practice sharing among emerging leaders
• Generate collective workforce insights to guide 2026 TSMA Future Leaders programming

Who Should Attend

Aspiring leaders, early- to mid-career professionals, and first-time managers across manufacturing.
Open to all TSMA member companies.

No prior experience with SWOT or strategic planning is required.
