Thursday, September 7, 2023 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (CDT)
Description
BlueForge Alliance has issued an RFI for manufacturers with capacity or reverse engineering capabilities related to the Navy’s Submarine Programs. The specific needs are for manufacturers who can:
- Refurbish or produce low-volume parts on an as-needed or/and ongoing basis
- Provide reverse engineering support for obsolete components
- Manufacture and/or overhaul of targeted submarine components
This free webinar hosted by Purdue MEP offers assistance to manufacturers interested in pursuing the RFI process. Intended topics include tips for submitting an RFI with the Government, RFI requirements, and the potential future path of what an RFP may look like. Based on time, attendees will have time for Q&A with Purdue MEP’s defense industry program manager, Gene Jones.
