Speaker Bio: Issiah Santos is the Director for Spectrum Warfare for ManTech at NSWC Crane. He brings 14 years of experience supporting NSWC Crane and is responsible for the management and execution of ManTech’s NSWC Crane Spectrum portfolio. Issiah brings experience as a Director and Program Manager supporting program growth, strategic goals, as well as community collaboration.
