ABOUT ALLIE BOBE:

Allie Bobe is a third generation owner of Bobe’s Pizza. She manages her family’s pizza

restaurants along with her brothers, Cody and Joe. With restaurants in

Vincennes, Olney, Mount Carmel and Lawrenceville, the Bobe siblings are

continuing their family’s tradition with their new restaurant in Albion, IL. Allie is

driven in her career by continuing her family’s legacy and hometown tradition, as

well as creating promising career opportunities for motivated young individuals

and giving back to the community.

ABOUT JOE BOBE:

Joe Bobe is also a part of the third generation of Bobe’s Pizza, a family tradition since 1954. Growing up in the pizza business, he is now a proud partner to the growth of his family’s restaurant legacy. Since 2015, when he joined the business full time, he has played an instrumental role in the development of the Olney, Vincennes, Mount Carmel and Albion stores. His entrepreneurial spirit is carried by his self-taught skill set of construction, technology and innovation.

Both Allie & Joe are passionate about their community, serving on the board for Rotary Young Leaders and leading the annual Historic Vincennes Half Marathon!
