ORX Section 3 includes part of the approach roadways and bridges in Indiana that will provide all-weather construction access to the river for future Section 2 project. The design-build project was awarded in 2023 with construction expected to begin in 2024 and be completed in 2026. Many bidding opportunites will be open to both subcontractors and suppliers.
