Description

Interested in taking your food or beverage concept to the next level? Wondering what support is available? Looking to network with other food entrepreneurs? Join us for a day-long workshop at Purdue University to hear from experts in food manufacturing and business development as part of the Food Entrepreneurship and Manufacturing Institute (FEMI) along with partners from the Indiana Small Business Development Center to understand how to scale your concept to commercialization.

 Workshop sessions will take place at the Nelson Hall of Food Science followed by a tour of facilities to visit the location where many FEMI services occur.

 Lunch and parking is provided with the cost of registration. 

10 AM - 4 PM CONVERGENCE CENTER

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM, WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS Speakers and attendees introduce themselves and their role in food entrepreneurship.
