Description
Building the right culture is a key to achieving organizational success. Strategic alignment of organizational vision, mission, and values within every level of the organization is a must for us to achieve this success. This course shows the way. Participants learn how to take overall vision, mission, and values, and break them down to each level within the organization to align them with our day-to-day activities and decision making.
Learning Objectives:
- Define the formula: 1+2+4+8=1.
- Explain the House of Leadership and Essence of Leadership.
- Identify the critical interdependencies between SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost), leading, and managing against inefficiencies and variations.
- Analyze your current processes and practices to determine how they align with your organization and culture.
- Apply your vision using Hoshin Planning.
