Today’s Story: Lynn Miller Pease with Leadership Everyone, Inc. 

As CEO of Leadership Everyone, Inc (LE), Lynn Miller Pease, develops servant leaders to transform communities with the support of her board of directors, staff, alumni, and volunteers. Leading LE since 2003, Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in facilitation, leadership development, civic engagement, and visioning for strategic action.

Lynn will be discussing Regional Voice at Common Grounds and how she has used this process to lead LE in the design and implementation of this unique community visioning process used to create a shared vision for the entire region and leverage new and pooled resources to grow regional assets, employment, and development. The data gathered from VOICE have been, and continue to be, used to plan long-term goals and direction for the entire Tri-state area.
