Today’s Story: 

As Cofounder of Bedford Collab, Merrick and DeAndre, are providing a fully equipped shared-use commercial kitchen space to develop foodpreneurs (food entrepreneurs) to aid foodpreneurs in starting, launching, and scaling their business. Bedford Collab is that launch pad needed for food creatives to be successful. With the support of Impact Evansville Inc and the donors, Tepe Park Neighborhood, and Evansville at Large, and Foodpreneurs around the region they have gained tons of traction over the last 4 years. Since 2020, Merrick and DeAndre have been determined to get Bedford Collab open! Demonstrating grit and toughest both founders are being the change they both want to see happen for Evansville.

Merrick and DeAndre will be discussing Bedford Collab and will have pictures and videos to show how they built their startup over the last 4 years.

8:00 AM - Doors Open, get your cup of Joe Brewski Coffee.

8:30 AM - A five minute story highlighting something (or someone) innovative, entrepreneurial or simply positive happening in our community.

9:00 AM - Party’s over but you’re welcome to continue conversations in the lobby at Innovation Pointe
