QuickBooks Online Advanced Workshop (in-person)

Description

Overview Kari Johnson, owner of Penny Tracker LLC, will provide a day-long QuickBooks Online Advanced training workshop. 

The target audience is small business owners and/or administrative staff that would like to gain greater insight into the bookkeeping process and the QuickBooks Online (QBO) software. 

Objectives Quickbooks Online: Advanced Techniques focuses on the customizations, automation, and additional data-tracking features of Quickbooks Online, as well as some of the more advanced bookkeeping concepts that business owners face: adding assets and liabilities to the Balance Sheet; recording daily sales from a point-of-sale system; inventory tracking; billing expenses to customers; etc. 

Objectives: Automate bookkeeping tasks by utilizing recurring transactions; bank feed rules; and app integration Gain competency in Quickbook’s inventory workflow Optimize and customize the books to provide additional business data Learn and practice proper ways to add assets and liabilities to the books 

Learn the fundamentals of a Journal Entry and its appropriate use cases

 Expectations Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for hands-on learning (remember your charger!). A box lunch and printed materials will be provided for each attendee.
