Supply chain management is the end-to-end management of supply, operations, and logistics functions involved in the flow of goods, services, and information—from raw materials through the finished product or service delivered to the customer.
The importance and visibility of supply chain management within a company’s operations has increased in recent years following numerous global supply chain disruptions. This one-day workshop is designed to serve as a gateway into the dynamics of supply chain management, providing an overview of the fundamental principles and practices that support successful supply chain operations, with an emphasis on the strategic management of supply.
