E-REP's Annual Meeting & Dinner is our premier signature event and the culmination of our annual programming calendar. Each year, this prestigious gathering brings together the region's most influential business, civic, nonprofit, education, and community leaders to celebrate our shared accomplishments, recognize outstanding businesses and community leaders through our annual awards, and reaffirm our collective vision for the future of Southwest Indiana.
This year, we celebrate The First Five - commemorating E-REP's fifth anniversary and five years of regional collaboration, shared accomplishments, and the momentum we've built together across Southwest Indiana. This milestone honors the partnerships, leadership, and collective vision that have strengthened our region while looking ahead to the opportunities, innovation, and growth that will define our next chapter.
We are honored to welcome Charlie Baker, President of the NCAA and former Governor of Massachusetts, as our keynote speaker. Throughout his distinguished career in public service and organizational leadership, Baker has led institutions through periods of significant transformation while championing collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth.
As we celebrate E-REP's fifth anniversary, his perspective on leadership, navigating change, and building strong organizations offers an inspiring reflection on how today's decisions shape tomorrow's opportunities.
