Join us for presentation by Zac Parsons, co-founder of the Honey Moon Coffee Company and CEO of its roasting arm, the Evansville Coffee Company. Zac brings a wealth of experience, having served as the licensee of TEDxEvansville, Project Director for the Poverty Reduction Collective on the Talent 2025 initiative, and adjunct faculty in entrepreneurship at USI and UE. He has also been involved in various interfaith organizations in the community.
Together with his wife Jessica, Zac hosts The Honey Moon Coffee podcast, where they share insights into the remarkable growth of their company, which has expanded to four locations and employs over 50 individuals since its inception in 2016. Zac is a proud parent, with two daughters currently attending Reitz High School and a son who graduated from Reitz in 2023.
