Position Description: Excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated, self-starting, service-oriented team player to assist in providing extraordinary customer service to members at either the Dunigan Family YMCA or the Ascension St Vincent YMCA membership desk.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent member service and maintain member service control
• Facilitate membership and program enrollment
• Answer phones and assist members with questions/concerns
• Perform various clerical duties

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• High degree of accuracy with information provided
• Multitask oriented
• Effective communication skills
