A system is defined as; a set of connected things or parts forming a complex whole, in particular. a set of principles or procedures according to which something is done; an organized scheme or method. When you hear "business systems" what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Most people will say software and technology. But there is a different way of looking at your business systems. What if you looked at your business systems as everything you did in your business? From your standard operating procedures, how you scheduled your time, what your marketing looked like and so on. Understanding the foundations of how your business runs makes you more efficient, profitable, and creates opportunities for your business to grow. This module of the Business Process and Automation Series is about the foundations of your business, and why conducting a Systems Audit is a great place to start with processes and automation!
